McPolin Barn*

The mitigating factor for the renovation was a structural upgrade on the iconic ca. 1921 McPolin Barn, located prominently off State Highway 224 in Park City. A new structural system was designed to address gravity loads, snow loads, seismic resistance and wind loads, while maintaining the barn's historic integrity and appeal. A new roof was installed and the exterior stone foundation was restored.
